The garden is arranged in photographically sections, featuring flora of various regions around the world.
Botanical gardens of Jerusalem University occupy the territory of 13 doonams. The Gardens were opened in 1953. It is located on the Hebrew University's Givat Ram campus.
Hebrew University Botanical Gardens (Mount Scopus) - In this garden you can find trees and shrubs native to the Holy Land.
On the slope of the garden is the tomb of Nicanor from Alexandria who built the Second Temple doors. More recently, the writer Y.L. Pinsker and the head of the Jewish National Fund, Menahem Ussishkin, were also buried there.
